You will drive the product lifecycle for AI-driven features, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs. Working directly with engineers, designers, and data scientists, you will translate complex AI concepts into scalable, user-friendly applications that enhance how people plan and work.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to launch AI features
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback for AI integration opportunities
- Partner with data scientists to optimize model accuracy and performance
- Establish KPIs to measure success and iterate based on data insights
- Monitor AI trends and ensure ethical usage and privacy compliance
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of product management experience
- Background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications preferred
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for end users
- Analytical mindset with experience using data for decision making
