Join Air Apps as an AI Product Manager to drive the roadmap for their AI-driven resource planning application. You will work directly with engineers, designers, and data scientists in Lisbon to launch and scale features that align with business goals and user needs.

What you'll do
- Define and drive the AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to launch features
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback for AI opportunities
- Work with data scientists to optimize model accuracy and performance
- Define KPIs and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Monitor AI trends and ensure ethical usage and privacy compliance
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of product management experience
- Background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven apps preferred
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly tools
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
