This role involves constructing data intelligence to support business decisions by analyzing metrics, creating dashboards, and maintaining KPIs. You will work with commercial, CRM, product, and operations teams to transform large data volumes into actionable insights for a B2B environment.
What you'll do
- Structure and analyze large data volumes to generate actionable business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for various departments
- Define and track metrics, KPIs, and management views
- Perform exploratory analysis on customer behavior and logistics performance
- Automate reporting processes using SQL and Python
- Validate data quality and consistency for reliable analysis
- Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Product teams on database evolution
- Present clear analyses and data storytelling to different audiences
What you'll need
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related fields
- Experience with BigQuery and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills including complex joins and CTEs
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and other Business Intelligence tools
- Python knowledge for data analysis using Polars, Pandas, and NumPy
- Understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related area
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce logistics or supply chain
- Knowledge of CRM, sales funnels, and customer segmentation
- Familiarity with pricing models and demand elasticity
- Experience with Power BI or Kibana
- Postgraduate specialization in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Advanced or fluent Spanish for international stakeholder interaction
