You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer teams to keep operations efficient. Responsibilities include translating user feedback into insights, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring processes scale with company growth.
What you'll do
- Coordinate go-to-market activities and create training materials for product launches
- Lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams
- Collect and organize qualitative feedback from clinics and internal stakeholders
- Draft product requirement documents, user stories, and release notes
- Monitor product performance dashboards and compile regular metric reports
- Manage sprint planning logistics and backlog grooming processes
- Assist with QA testing and document bugs alongside engineering teams
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years in product operations, business ops, or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Curiosity about technology and software product development
Nice to have
- Exposure to SaaS products
- Experience in healthcare or veterinary tech
- Background in customer-facing roles
