Join Anyone AI as a project consultant to help shape the next generation of AI coding assistants. You will create realistic backend challenges, including bug fixes and feature implementations, while reviewing peer submissions for quality and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and refactoring
- Write natural-language specifications and reference code
- Develop unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
- Ensure alignment between specs and expected outputs
What you'll need
- Advanced professional written English proficiency
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Experience with production backend or full-stack systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug large, multi-file codebases
- Experience with code reviews and production migrations
