Lead the end-to-end creation of a new business unit focused on an AI-native email app. You will define the product vision, manage profitability, and assemble a high-performing team to launch and scale the service.
This hands-on leadership position requires balancing strategic planning with direct execution. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and operations to deliver a consumer-facing product that aligns with BJAK’s mission of improving financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own profit and loss, strategy, and overall business performance
- Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering and design to launch features
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- Establish partnerships and operational processes for scale
- Execute quickly from initial concept to final results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in scaling products or business units
- Experience managing P&L and measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment and product sense
- Ability to coordinate across technical and commercial teams
- History of building and leading effective teams
- Hands-on approach bridging strategy and execution
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited structure
