You will build and lead a new business unit from the ground up, owning the profit and loss, product roadmap, and team execution. This operating role requires identifying commercial opportunities, deciding what to build, and driving growth from idea to launch.
Working with product, engineering, and design teams, you will hire staff, set goals, and manage performance. The focus is on delivering measurable business results, user engagement, and profitability in the fintech space.

What you'll need
- Track record of building, launching or scaling a business unit
- Experience owning P&L, revenue or measurable business outcomes
- Strong product and commercial judgement skills
- Ability to work across product, engineering and commercial functions
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on approach balancing strategy and detailed execution
- Strong ownership and ability to operate with limited structure

- Background in consumer technology
