You will define the vision and execute the strategy for a new AI-driven email product. This position requires end-to-end accountability, including hiring, product development, and driving commercial growth.
What you'll do
- Own profit and loss, strategy, and overall business performance
- Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering and design to launch features
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- Establish partnerships and operational processes for scale
- Execute quickly from initial idea to final business results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in launching or scaling business units
- Experience managing P&L and measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment and product sense
- Ability to coordinate across technical and commercial teams
- History of building and leading effective teams
- Hands-on approach balancing strategy with execution
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited structure

- Background in fintech or consumer technology sectors
- Experience working with artificial intelligence products
