You will build and lead a new business unit from the ground up, taking end-to-end responsibility for its success. This operating role requires you to define the product vision, assemble the team, and execute strategies that drive revenue and user engagement.
Working closely with product, engineering, and design functions, you will identify commercial opportunities and launch features that meet customer needs. Your focus will be on rapid decision-making and delivering measurable business results in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Manage profit and loss, business strategy, and overall performance targets
- Identify customer needs and determine which products to develop
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to launch features
- Hire team members, set goals, and manage individual performance
- Drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and profitability metrics
- Establish partnerships and operational processes for scaling
- Execute quickly from initial idea to final business results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in building, launching, or scaling a business unit
- Experience owning P&L, revenue, or other measurable outcomes
- Strong product sense and commercial judgment capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and ops teams
- History of building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on approach balancing strategy with detailed execution
- Comfortable operating with speed and limited organizational structure

- Background in fintech or consumer technology sectors
- Experience working with artificial intelligence technologies
