You will define the strategy and business model for a new AI-driven stockbroking venture. Responsibilities include owning the P&L, building trading infrastructure, and leading product development alongside engineering and AI teams.
The role requires deep expertise in brokerage economics and regulatory readiness. You will establish key partnerships and scale the core team to expand market presence globally.
What you'll do
- Define the AI stockbroking proposition and business model
- Build AI-native experiences for trading and research
- Own P&L, revenue, and unit economics
- Develop brokerage product and trading infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams
- Manage partnerships for custody and market data
- Drive licensing, regulatory readiness, and expansion
What you'll need
- Deep experience in stockbroking or consumer investing
- Direct ownership of a brokerage product or P&L
- Strong understanding of trading infrastructure and regulation
- Product judgement on AI applications in finance
- Experience scaling technology products and teams
- Hands-on capability in product flows and execution
