As a Computer Field Technician, you will handle hardware replacements for laptop and desktop units at residential and commercial locations. The manufacturer handles troubleshooting and parts shipping beforehand, allowing you to focus on the physical installation and service completion.
What you'll do
- Replace components on laptops and desktops at customer sites
- Pick up replacement parts from FedEx or UPS stores daily
- Drop off old parts using provided pre-paid labels
