Join the Strategic Intelligence & Technology organization at Chartis to drive healthcare transformation through data. You will bridge consulting teams and technical resources by preparing client data, conducting exploratory analysis, and building reusable analytics assets. This role focuses on the Revenue Cycle Transformation practice, enabling data-driven strategies for providers and payers.
What you'll do
- Extract and acquire structured client data using existing SQL code libraries
- Support ETL processes and manage data transfer via SFTP to internal platforms
- Perform initial data cleaning, deduplication, and quality assurance checks
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends and operational issues
- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
- Collaborate with engineers to codify business rules into DBT and SQL tools
- Coach consulting teams on BI tool usage and analytic interpretation
What you'll need
- 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience
- Minimum 2 years in a professional healthcare field
- Working knowledge of Epic Clarity database is required
- Clarity/Cogito certification or equivalent credential
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technology-related field
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and basic transformations
- Experience with Python, R, Spark, or similar programming languages
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Nice to have
- Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
- Experience deploying code via notebook tools like Jupyter
