Join Air Apps, a self-funded company with over 100 million downloads, to help build an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. As a Creative Designer, you will define visual identity and produce engaging graphics for web, social media, and campaigns.
You will work directly from the Lisbon office, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling designs. This position offers relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines
- Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social, email, and print
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams on visual solutions
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics
- Ensure design quality assurance across all distribution channels
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to deliver assets in multiple formats
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in digital marketing and web design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and styles
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
