Join Air Apps as a Creative Designer to drive visual consistency across web, social media, email, and print materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in the Lisbon office to translate requirements into engaging designs that support the company's AI-powered planning tools.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain visual identity aligned with brand guidelines
- Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams on visuals
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics
- Ensure design quality assurance across all communication channels
- Deliver assets in multiple formats using industry-standard software
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in digital marketing design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
