Join Air Apps as a Creative Designer to drive the visual direction of their AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. You will produce graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, and email campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
Based in the Lisbon office, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling designs. The company supports relocation efforts for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines
- Create graphics, illustrations, and infographics for web and social media
- Design layouts for email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams on visual solutions
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics
- Ensure design quality assurance across all distribution channels
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in digital marketing and web design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma for interface and asset creation
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
