RiseGuide is a self-improvement application that uses insights from notable figures to help users develop skills and habits. The company is scaling rapidly with a distributed team and offices in Warsaw, Kyiv, and Lviv.
As a Creative Motion Designer, you will drive creative production by developing concepts and executing high-quality video assets. You will test new AI technologies to enhance the creation process and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
What you'll do
- Design video creatives for ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Use and test AI tools for generating images, video, and voiceovers
- Develop original creative concepts and participate in team brainstorms
- Research and integrate new tools to improve creative quality and workflow
What you'll need
- At least 1.5 years of experience in Motion Design
- Previous experience in Performance Marketing sphere
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, or OpenAI
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
- English level B1+ for research and content work
- High level of self-organization and attention to detail
