Join the design team at Duomo to produce video and static assets for Meta and other advertising platforms. You will leverage AI generation tools and motion design skills to test hypotheses and optimize creative performance alongside marketers.
What you'll do
- Create performance creatives including video and static assets for ad campaigns
- Generate realistic photos and videos using various AI models and tools
- Collaborate with marketers to interpret briefs and test creative hypotheses
- Analyze creative performance metrics to inform design decisions
- Optimize team workflows and automate routine design tasks
- Share knowledge and mentor other designers within the team
- Initiate the adoption of new tools and techniques in the design process
What you'll need
- Understanding of ad creative structure, hooks, and dynamic editing
- Over one year of experience with After Effects and compositing principles
- Over one year of experience in AI photo and video generation
- Strong visual literacy in composition, typography, and color theory
- Proven ability to optimize personal workflows and test new tools
- Experience working effectively within a collaborative team environment
Nice to have
- Experience in performance marketing within product companies or agencies
- Ability to create complex animations, transitions, and compositing effects
- Understanding of metrics analysis and hypothesis building for creatives
- Experience writing scripts or plugins to accelerate design workflows
