Join Cohere’s team to help train frontier AI models by reviewing code generation, debugging requests, and data visualization scripts. You will assess model trajectories and improve the accuracy of software engineering outputs through detailed evaluation and feedback.
What you'll do
- Evaluate model responses to coding requests and workflow questions
- Assess agent capabilities for code generation and debugging
- Prompt models to complete complex data science tasks
- Review accuracy of generated responses and label outputs
- Proofread and improve machine-written software engineering content
- Report quality trends related to model and agent behavior
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of industry experience in data science
- Proficient in Python and standard data science packages
- Strong understanding of SQL syntax and workflows
- Familiarity with file formats like JSON, XML, YAML, and HTML
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience providing feedback on and rewriting code
Nice to have
- Familiarity with code agents such as OpenCode or Claude Code
- Experience evaluating agent trajectories
