You will bridge the gap between design and engineering by owning the quality of user experiences from concept to code. Instead of handing off mockups, you will build beautiful, functional interfaces for AI agent builders and operational dashboards.
The team focuses on solving data chaos for enterprise customers through a horizontal platform where AI agents execute end-to-end work. You will join a product team scaling into multiple initiatives, working closely with engineers and designers to iterate quickly.
What you'll do
- Own user-facing experiences from design concept through production implementation
- Build interfaces such as AI agent builder flows and operational dashboards
- Combine visual design skills with production-quality frontend engineering
- Design AI interaction patterns where no established UX conventions exist
- Make design and scope decisions balancing user needs and technical constraints
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to refine work through feedback
What you'll need
- Strong craft in designing data-heavy, complex enterprise interfaces
- Ability to write production-quality React code with focus on performance
- Experience shipping features end-to-end from concept to live production
- Sharp eye for typography, spacing, color hierarchy and interaction design
- Product judgment to define scope for iterations and future improvements
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct, actionable critique
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of motion design and microinteractions
- Passion for building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Experience with complex, data-heavy enterprise interface design
