You will lead the evolution of user interfaces and front-end architecture for an AI-native Work Intelligence platform. Your work will power the orchestration engine, delivering complex data workflows and AI-driven insights through intuitive web applications.
Collaborating with backend systems, you will manage the full data lifecycle from database to user. The role requires bridging the gap between front and back ends while ensuring type safety and efficient data fetching across the stack.
What you'll do
- Build high-performance front-end systems using Next.js and React
- Create intuitive TypeScript interfaces for orchestration workflows
- Translate complex AI concepts into seamless user experiences
- Design and consume clean APIs ensuring type safety
- Optimize performance for large datasets and real-time updates
- Integrate external APIs like Jira and Slack into the UI
- Implement comprehensive testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor peers and drive front-end architectural decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with front-end focus
- Mastery of TypeScript and modern React patterns
- Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, and SQL concepts
- Proficiency with Tailwind or CSS-in-JS styling frameworks
- Experience deploying production apps using Docker
- Strong rigor in testing, peer review, and CI/CD
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with React Query, SWR, or Redux
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven user interfaces
- Exposure to Python FastAPI or Node.js back-end development
- Knowledge of D3.js or Recharts for data visualization
- Experience in high-growth startups or agile environments
- Interest in building developer tools or productivity platforms
