Join the team responsible for every entry point into WorkOS outside the dashboard. You will develop SDKs, an AI installer CLI, MCP servers, and agent skills to ensure seamless integration for both human developers and AI agents. Your work directly influences how customers authenticate and manage identity in their applications.
What you'll do
- Ship agent tools and skills for frictionless WorkOS integration
- Write evaluations to measure improvements in developer outcomes
- Translate customer insights and telemetry into product roadmap items
- Contribute to architecture for polyglot SDK pipelines generated from API specs
- Own and evolve SDKs across seven supported languages and framework libraries
- Build AI-native documentation systems for Cursor, Claude, and Copilot
- Represent WorkOS through docs, blog posts, open source, and conferences
- Develop developer tooling like the WorkOS CLI to simplify complex integrations
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software development experience shipping SDKs or OSS projects
- Deep fluency in at least three supported languages with strong idiomatic opinions
- Experience or excitement about AI-native tooling, agent SDKs, and LLM-powered CLIs
- Interest in treating documentation as infrastructure rather than just prose
- Strong instincts for distinguishing good developer experience from functional code
- Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving decisions based on customer impact
