Join Air Apps as a DevOps Engineer focused on backend systems. You will design automated deployment processes, manage cloud environments, and ensure service reliability for a high-traffic application. This position requires daily in-person collaboration at the Lisbon office.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks
- Enforce security best practices including identity management and logging
- Optimize cloud resource usage for cost-effectiveness and scalability
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and system maintenance tasks
What you'll need
- At least three years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
- Experience with serverless computing and major cloud providers
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security
- Scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or Go
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
