You will lead the Data Engineering Practice at TELUS Digital, defining its market positioning and commercial performance. This position requires shaping how enterprises move from data ambition to AI-ready infrastructure while managing revenue targets and talent development.
As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, you will align technical capabilities with enterprise demand. You will drive investment in reusable assets and maintain strong relationships with Google Cloud partner teams to expand strategic accounts.
What you'll do
- Define multi-year vision for Data Engineering capabilities
- Manage full P&L including pipeline and revenue growth
- Build senior relationships with client executives and partners
- Lead practice stance on ethical AI and data governance
- Drive investment in reusable IP and delivery assets
- Advise C-suite on data strategy and AI adoption
- Set standards for engineering excellence and hiring
What you'll need
- 12+ years in data or AI consulting
- 3-5 years in practice leadership or executive role
- Proven experience owning P&L and margin targets
- Strong command of modern data architecture and AI
- Ability to advise C-suite on complex problems
- Track record in business development and closing deals
- Experience hiring and retaining senior data talent
