You will define product strategy for how businesses store, control, and utilize digital assets across custodial and non-custodial environments. The team builds infrastructure that solves operational challenges in holding money onchain, including security, compliance, and integration with existing financial systems.
Your work connects stored balances to payments and DeFi opportunities, making onchain capital productive and easy to manage. You will collaborate with engineering and ecosystem partners to deliver integrated solutions for global enterprises and fintechs.
What you'll do
- Define strategy for enterprise wallets and custody of digital assets
- Build infrastructure for onchain treasury operations and liquidity management
- Enable programmable money through APIs and automated policy engines
- Create pathways for idle capital to access onchain yield and DeFi
- Connect stored balances to payment flows and financial workflows
- Develop product views on custodial and non-custodial wallet architectures
- Engage with enterprise customers to identify infrastructure gaps
- Partner with ecosystem players to create integrated product offerings
- Drive products from concept to launch and scaled adoption
What you'll need
- Senior product leadership in wallets, custody, or fintech infrastructure
- Experience building enterprise-grade wallet infrastructure at scale
- Deep knowledge of key management, signing, and permission policies
- Understanding of both custodial and non-custodial wallet models
- Track record of shipping payments or treasury products globally
- Strong grasp of stablecoins, DeFi, and onchain liquidity mechanisms
- Familiarity with enterprise operational needs like compliance and reconciliation
- Technical depth to collaborate effectively with blockchain engineers
- Ability to translate strategic vision into executable product roadmaps
