You will own the end-to-end product design experience for Flow, ensuring it functions as a cohesive platform rather than separate tools. The role requires defining interaction patterns where security analysts collaborate with AI agents, focusing on trust, explainability, and control.
Leading a small team of designers and researchers, you will partner with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmap decisions. You will raise the craft bar, manage UX research, and evolve the design system to support rapid, consistent development.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design experience across Flow, HDS, ADS, and DSPM modules
- Define vision for human-AI collaboration including agent-assisted investigation
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product designers and researchers
- Partner with product and engineering from early problem definition stages
- Build and evolve the design system for consistent user experiences
- Establish usability benchmarks and report on design metrics
- Drive experience strategy for platform migration and consolidation
- Represent customer experience in executive roadmap and planning reviews
What you'll need
- 10+ years in product design with 4+ years leading design teams
- Portfolio of shipped work in complex enterprise software
- Experience in cybersecurity, insider risk, or data protection domains
- Proven track record designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences
- Strong systems thinking and ability to manage platform-level architecture
- Experience running UX research functions and acting on insights
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Located in the US, preferably in the SF Bay Area
Nice to have
- Led design through major platform migration or product consolidation
- Experience building a design function including hiring and process setup
