You will drive technical execution and mentor engineers while scaling the Game Warden platform. This position combines leadership with architectural oversight to support national security missions through secure SaaS solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team
- Drive technical initiatives for scalability and reliability
- Partner with Product and Security teams on roadmaps
- Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance
- Recruit and onboard top engineering talent
- Evolve engineering processes and delivery frameworks
What you'll need
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years managing or leading technical teams
- Experience leading distributed teams in startups
- Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory
- Residence in approved hiring hubs required
Nice to have
- Experience in defense or regulated industries
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 or FedRAMP
- Background with infrastructure-as-code
- Active security clearance
- Experience with agile methodologies
