This position requires close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Data stakeholders to solve complex problems that directly impact business growth. You will balance speed, quality, and reliability while driving the adoption of AI-augmented development practices.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
- Coach engineers through mentorship, feedback, and career development planning.
- Define team vision and strategy for using technology, data, and AI to scale marketing.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data to prioritize high-impact business initiatives.
- Guide system design, architectural decisions, and resolution of complex technical trade-offs.
- Champion best practices for code quality, observability, security, and development processes.
- Align with cross-functional partners on priorities, data tracking, and privacy compliance.
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, or building data-intensive marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams through clear expectations and coaching.
- Strong technical judgment for guiding architecture and evaluating technical trade-offs.
- Experience partnering with Product and Marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to translate broad goals into realistic plans balancing speed and quality.
- Clear communication skills and empathetic leadership style.
