What you'll do
- Manage and coach a small team of engineers in Europe
- Provide feedback on product and technical specifications
- Debug issues and ship small fixes to stay current
- Build automation to improve team workflows
- Help engineers grow into owning large, ambiguous projects
- Influence technical decisions without making final calls
What you'll need
- Passion for both management and hands-on coding
