You will work directly with clients to onboard, implement, and support HappyRobot’s AI platform, ensuring they maximize its value. This position blends technical execution with customer success, requiring you to build features and manage integrations while solving real-world operational challenges.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage of AI solutions
- Build new features, MVPs, and scalable tools for client needs
- Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting
- Manage APIs and third-party system integrations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on tailored solutions
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Hands-on proficiency in Python
- Experience building AI/ML applications and tuning LLMs
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate external systems
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Independent mindset with strong ownership and accountability
