You will work directly with clients to onboard them, build custom integrations, and ensure they maximize the value of HappyRobot’s autonomous AI agents. This position blends technical execution with customer success, requiring you to develop features while solving real-world operational challenges for global enterprises.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing usage optimization
- Build new features and scalable solutions using full-stack technologies
- Design and iterate on AI/ML applications including LLM prompting
- Manage APIs and integrate third-party systems for seamless functionality
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Hands-on proficiency in Python
- Experience building AI/ML applications and tuning LLMs
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate external systems
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Independent mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
