You will manage implementation and integration efforts for Sardine’s risk platform, working closely with clients during their onboarding process. This hands-on role requires analyzing technical and functional requirements to design scalable solutions using APIs and SDKs.
The team values performance over hours worked and operates as a remote-first organization. You will act as the link between customers and internal stakeholders, providing product feedback and ensuring successful deployments.
What you'll do
- Manage implementation and integration for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end support to clients during onboarding
- Own API documentation, SDK guides, and support materials
- Analyze client requirements to design technical solutions
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Gather customer insights to provide product feedback internally
What you'll need
- 4+ years in technical roles like Integrations Engineer or Solutions Architect
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, or risk domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Familiarity with OpenAPI specs and web development concepts
- Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, Golang, Bash, or Postman
