You will serve as the technical bridge between customer environments and Sardine’s fraud prevention platform. The Integration Team ensures clients deploy risk and compliance products successfully by handling APIs, data mapping, and event-driven workflows.
This position requires deep technical involvement in solving implementation challenges while partnering with engineering and product teams. You will own documentation, analyze client requirements, and drive project deliverables to completion.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the integration team for seamless client onboarding
- Provide end-to-end technical support during customer implementation
- Own and maintain API specs, SDK docs, and integration guides
- Design solutions based on client technical and functional requirements
- Manage project timelines, quality, and risk mitigation strategies
- Translate customer business problems into technical solutions
- Relay product feedback from clients to internal stakeholders
What you'll need
- 7+ years in implementation, integration, or solution architecture roles
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, or compliance
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables
- Proficiency in basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with OpenAPI specs and web development concepts
- Scripting skills in Python, Ruby, Golang, Bash, or Postman
