You will own end-to-end product cycles for the Duvo platform, turning specific customer requests into durable, abstract entities that allow AI agents to execute work across UIs and APIs. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, sitting close to customers to gather insights and drive adoption.
The team builds a post-RPA Agentic Automation Platform where business users specify outcomes and agents handle planning, action, and approvals. This role requires deep engagement with enterprise constraints and a strong focus on shipping measurable results.
What you'll do
- Own core platform areas from discovery through to shipped product
- Translate messy customer-specific asks into abstract, scalable base entities
- Integrate AI and agent leverage as a default part of the product process
- Engage directly with customers in the field to gather first-hand insight
- Drive both high-level strategy and deep hands-on execution
- Collaborate with engineering and design to own product outcomes
- Shape the product surface as the company expands across industries
What you'll need
- Deep exposure to enterprise customers via startups or internal innovation projects
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation, or agentic workflows
- 3–5+ years as a Product Manager at a B2B product company or startup
- Proven track record of shipped outcomes with attached metrics
- Comfort owning both strategy and deep, hands-on execution
- Demonstrated experience taking products from zero to one
- Understanding of enterprise-grade requirements like RBAC and security reviews
Nice to have
- Engineering background or technical fluency
- Experience building horizontal platform products such as automation or integration tools
- Previous experience at an earlier-stage startup (seed to Series B)
