You will take ownership of designing and building visually compelling web experiences using Framer. Working closely with SEO experts and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure sites meet performance, accessibility, and brand standards while influencing how millions of users engage with Air Apps products.
What you'll do
- Design and build responsive, accessible websites and landing pages in Framer
- Partner with SEO experts to optimize for performance and discoverability
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams on business goals
- Develop modular components and templates for scalable site structures
- Maintain visual identity alignment with Air Apps brand guidelines
- Monitor analytics and user behavior to drive iterative improvements
- Stay updated on web design trends and Framer best practices
What you'll need
- 3–5+ years of experience designing and building websites
- Deep proficiency in Framer with a strong portfolio of live projects
- Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and mobile-first design
- Familiarity with web performance, SEO fundamentals, and WCAG accessibility
- Ability to collaborate with SEO and marketing teams on content strategies
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system
- Strong visual communication, prototyping, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing sites for SaaS, tech, or AI products
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and underlying web development concepts
