Join Anyone AI as a consultant to support a leading AI Lab by generating realistic software engineering challenges. You will design multi-file coding tasks involving bug fixes, feature implementations, and refactoring while ensuring high-quality reference solutions and test coverage.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and feature development
- Write clear natural-language specifications and reference code
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and realism
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes in code
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and expected outputs
What you'll need
- Advanced professional written English proficiency
- 3 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with backend or full-stack production systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug and navigate large multi-file codebases
- Experience with code reviews and production migrations
