Join Anyone AI as a consultant to create realistic coding scenarios for an AI lab. You will design tasks involving bug fixes, features, and refactoring while reviewing peer submissions for quality.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for debugging and feature development
- Write natural-language specifications and reference code implementations
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes in code
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and expected outputs
What you'll need
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- Experience with backend or full-stack production systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug and navigate large codebases
Nice to have
- Experience with code reviews and refactoring
- Background in production migrations
