Join Anyone AI as a consultant to create realistic coding scenarios for an AI laboratory. You will design multi-file tasks involving bug fixes, features, and refactoring while reviewing peer submissions for quality and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and feature development
- Write natural-language specifications and reference implementations
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes in code
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and expected outputs
What you'll need
- Advanced professional written English proficiency
- 3 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Experience with backend or full-stack production systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug and navigate large codebases
