Anyone AI is seeking skilled software engineers who speak German to collaborate with a leading AI Lab. In this project-based consultant role, you will design realistic coding scenarios, including bug fixes and feature implementations, and evaluate peer submissions for quality and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and feature development
- Write natural-language specifications and reference implementations
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes in code
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and expected outputs
What you'll need
- Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- Fluent German language skills
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Experience with backend or full-stack production systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug and navigate large codebases
