Anyone AI is seeking skilled software engineers who speak Polish to collaborate with a leading AI Lab. In this project-based consultant role, you will design realistic coding scenarios, including bug fixes and feature implementations, and evaluate peer submissions for quality and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and refactoring
- Write natural-language specifications and reference code
- Develop unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs
What you'll need
- Advanced professional written English proficiency
- Fluent in spoken and written Polish
- 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Experience with production backend or full-stack systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug large, multi-file codebases
Nice to have
- Experience with code reviews and production migrations
- Background in refactoring complex systems
