Reacher is building the operating system for creator marketing, connecting brands with creators across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Shopify. Backed by Y Combinator and prominent investors, the team scales infrastructure for major global brands.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will leverage AI agents as your primary development environment. You will focus on architecture, system design, and code review while directing AI tools to implement features, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions reach users quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product features from research and design to implementation and testing
- Define engineering standards for code quality and AI-assisted development
- Mentor engineers in adopting AI-native workflows and best practices
- Translate customer requirements into polished user experiences
- Design scalable backend systems and responsive frontend interfaces
- Drive architectural decisions to maximize development velocity
What you'll need
- 2–6 years of full-stack experience in product-first or FAANG environments
- Proficiency with Claude Code and its various modes for development
- Strong ability to direct AI agents while focusing on architecture and review
- Experience building features across backend APIs and accessible frontends
- Proven track record of shipping projects using AI tools in the last 90 days
- Resourceful mindset capable of working independently in ambiguous settings
Nice to have
- Experience building autonomous agents with Claude Agent SDK
- Familiarity with AI image or video generation tools and APIs
- Background as an early engineering hire at a startup
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring junior staff
- Contributions to open-source projects or shipped side projects
