Reacher is building the operating system for creator marketing, helping brands connect with audiences across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. As an early technical leader, you will define engineering standards and architecture while leveraging AI agents to accelerate development velocity.
The team focuses on shipping high-impact features quickly, translating customer needs into scalable backend systems and responsive user interfaces. You will work in an environment where AI tools are the primary development interface, requiring strong architectural judgment and code review skills.
What you'll do
- Own product features from research and design to implementation and testing
- Define engineering architecture and set standards for code quality
- Mentor engineers in adopting AI-native workflows and best practices
- Translate customer requirements into polished user experiences
- Design scalable backend systems and build responsive frontend UIs
- Drive architectural decisions to maximize AI-assisted development speed
What you'll need
- 2–6 years of backend-leaning full-stack experience in product-first companies
- Deep proficiency with Claude Code and its various operational modes
- Experience shipping projects using AI coding tools as the primary environment
- Strong ability to verify and correct AI-generated code for security and quality
- Comfortable building across the stack from schema design to pixel-perfect UI
- Resourceful mindset with strong product intuition and systems thinking
Nice to have
- Experience building autonomous agents with Claude Agent SDK or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with AI image or video generation tools like Midjourney or Sora
- Previous experience as an early engineering hire at a startup
- Background in building internal tooling or design systems at scale
- Contributions to open-source projects or shipped side projects
