Join a growing business managing significant annual advertising revenue as a Graphic Designer. You will focus on visual storytelling and clarity to create high-converting e-commerce creatives for Amazon, such as listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing teams to translate product benefits into compelling visuals. The role offers opportunities to expand into pitch design, branding, and social media graphics while helping refine creative processes.
What you'll do
- Design Amazon listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages
- Create conversion-focused layouts that communicate benefits clearly
- Develop iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals
- Assist with social media extension graphics for brands
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Art Director and marketers on product narratives
- Iterate designs based on performance insights and feedback
- Organize and deliver final assets for upload and testing
- Support new business pitches and cross-agency creative tasks
- Help structure workflows and improve overall design processes
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Ability to leverage AI tools for creation
- Skill in designing within tight constraints and fixed formats
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proactive mindset with a growth orientation
Nice to have
- Experience designing Amazon creative content or product listings
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Stores
- Knowledge of CRO, UX, or performance marketing
- Understanding of how design impacts Amazon SEO
- Experience collaborating with paid media or growth teams
