You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TRM’s Onchain Compliance products, serving financial institutions, fintechs, and regulators. As a player-coach, you are accountable for both the outcomes your team delivers and the professional growth of the Product Managers you lead.
This role requires hands-on execution, including prototyping and building AI agents, alongside strategic leadership. You will define success metrics, manage risks, and maintain direct customer relationships to drive adoption and revenue.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers within the Onchain Compliance team
- Set product vision and prioritize initiatives across the portfolio
- Personally own and ship critical initiatives, including AI agent prototypes
