Join the growth pod at ClickHouse to define how growth engineering works within the company. You will build and iterate on signup, onboarding, and activation flows, balancing polished human interfaces with AI-driven agent experiences to drive user value and business metrics.
What you'll do
- Build experiments across signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows
- Design clear human UI elements like forms, empty states, and navigation
- Ship agentic experiences such as AI-assisted onboarding and guided workflows
- Run disciplined experiments using hypothesis, instrumentation, and iteration
- Partner with product, design, and data science to ship tests quickly
- Collaborate with unified console and app teams on end-to-end user flows
- Track acquisition, activation, and monetization metrics to prove impact
What you'll need
- Experience in full-stack product engineering with TypeScript, Node, and React
- Background in growth, product, or experimentation-focused teams
- Strong sense for product UI clarity and conversion optimization
- Experience building with LLMs, agent patterns, or shipping measured AI features
- Comfortable shipping testable versions of ideas and iterating based on data
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and collaborative code review
- Experience with A/B testing tools like GrowthBook, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Shipped polished UI experiments and agentic product experiences
- Experience on a product-led-growth team with a self-serve funnel
- Knowledge of ClickHouse or other data-intensive analytics products
- Familiarity with Auth0 or similar authentication integrations
- Experience working closely with platform or infrastructure engineering teams
- Strong opinions on human and agent UX with heavy personal AI usage
