You will join the engineering team at Cosuno to develop intelligent systems that streamline complex tendering workflows. Your work will focus on integrating generative AI into the core platform, handling everything from model agents to user-facing interfaces.
The position requires shipping production-grade AI features by collaborating with product and data teams. You will own the full lifecycle of these features, ensuring they are robust, monitored, and continuously improved based on real-world usage.
What you'll do
- Build and enhance LLM-powered systems for tendering workflows
- Own features end-to-end from model integration to front-end UI
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define AI solutions
- Monitor production AI systems and implement continuous improvements
- Design APIs, data pipelines, and backend services
What you'll need
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js is mandatory
- Over five years of experience writing production-grade Python
- Proven track record of shipping AI features to production web apps
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent systems
- Strong backend engineering skills for API and service design
- Ability to make product decisions amidst ambiguity
