As the first GTM Engineer at Pogo, you will bridge engineering and growth operations. You will build internal tools and AI agents to automate lead routing, enrichment, and outbound personalization, directly impacting pipeline and conversion metrics.
You will audit the existing tech stack, identify gaps, and ship custom solutions or integrate off-the-shelf tools. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to turn successful manual plays into scalable systems.
