As the first GTM Engineer at Pogo, you will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that compound revenue. You will act as both a builder and an operator, shipping code that directly drives pipeline and conversion for the enterprise AI SaaS product.
You will audit the existing GTM stack, identify gaps, and build internal tools and agents to replace manual workflows. This includes lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, and attribution. The role requires turning messy operational problems into clean, automated systems while maintaining high product quality.
