As the first GTM Engineer at Pogo, you will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that compound revenue. You will work on an enterprise AI SaaS product as both a builder and an operator, shipping code that directly drives pipeline and conversion.
You will audit the existing GTM stack, identify gaps, and build internal tools and agents to replace manual workflows. This role requires turning messy operational problems into clean, automated systems while ensuring internal tools feel as polished as the customer-facing product.
