Head of Financial Systems Engineering

As Head of Financial Systems Engineering, you will define the technical roadmap for the company’s financial data and ledger systems. You will lead a team of specialists to ensure financial data is reliable, auditable, and scalable, bridging the gap between crypto operations and traditional finance requirements.

You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, and Product leaders to modernize legacy processes, improve reconciliation cadences, and establish robust data lineage. This role requires translating complex financial controls into sound engineering practices while managing technical debt and system migrations.
