As Head of Platform, you will define the infrastructure roadmap and lead a team supporting all engineering groups. You will manage cloud architecture, AI serving infrastructure, and developer experience while collaborating with Product, Security, and Sales teams.
The role requires hands-on leadership in Kubernetes, IaC, and observability standards. You will own reliability, cost management, and enterprise deployment models as the company scales its Series B-funded operations globally.
What you'll do
- Define infrastructure strategy and platform roadmap across all products
- Lead and grow the Platform team, including hiring and sub-team design
- Own AI infrastructure, training, serving, and MLOps tooling
